ULTRASONIC SERVICES
UT testing to ensure product quality.
Ultrasonic testing ensures zero inconsistencies in metal related products that meet customer satisfaction. In this procedure, the machine scans the metal product using a specified scan and sampling interval. If the procedure finds no inconsistencies that exceed what is generally allowed by the UT specification, the product passes the test. Hence, tighter the spec, the more expensive is the testing and the material.
